Refund and Return Policy

At Honey Packs Canada, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Returns may be considered only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and a return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order number and reason for the request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Honey Packs Canada.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
